18 month stats

I weigh 26.6 lbs and am 33" tall. Both of these are 75th percentile. Mommy forgot how big my head was...but she's pretty sure it's bigger than average.

Today I enjoyed coloring with markers at my desk. I did sample the tip of one of the markers, but it didn't taste good so I spit it on the floor. Now the pink marker doesn't have a pointy tip anymore :)

I didn't really take a nap today. I fell asleep in the car for 30 min. while we drove Samantha home, but that's it. I did some silly stuff that mommy decided to capture on video.

Mommy was happy to be able to take down the gate between the living room and the kitchen yesterday. The only issues we're having at the moment are that the pets have no where to hide from me now, and about once a day since I've gained access to the kitchen I either drink some water out of the dog dish or dip my feet in it. Mommy is hopeful that I will soon just leave it alone.

Mommy found this at a rummage sale for $5 today. She had to go spend $18 more for the charger, but still a great find. As you can see, I love it.

I pulled these bamboo poles out of mommy's floral arrangement. Somehow I knew exactly how to swing them around! Mommy put them in time out in the garage with all the other dangerous stuff before I beat one of the dogs with them.

access to the kitchen

Over the last several weeks I've been granted access to the kitchen (mommy was waiting for daddy to install some door locks). There are a few drawers that daddy didn't think I was strong enough to open. He underestimates my freakish strength!! So, even though mommy didn't want me to have access to things in the kitchen, I have a drawer.
